Thoughts behind: Sometimes the most difficult thing about 'getting better' is to believe in that it is actually possible. To believe that things has actually gotten better and that it is 'ok' to feel better. Everyday I dare myself to believe in my own progress. I'm not sure why it is so difficult.. but I'll take the challenge.
